You tell it your tastes once, connect the people you trust, and get a feed of places worth your evening.

Every recommendation is weighted by the people you actually know. If three friends whose taste you trust rated a place highly, it moves to the top of your feed. Anonymous aggregate stars are the weakest signal we use, not the strongest.

Onboarding captures budget, vibe, pace, appetite for discovery and how far you will travel, plus your music taste. Every rating you leave sharpens the model. The feed you see is not the feed anyone else sees.

PLANS THE ACTUAL NIGHT

ABOUT THE NAME
Tezeta is Amharic for nostalgia - the ache of a memory you want back. It is also the name of a form in Ethiopian music, and of the Mulatu Astatke recording that made it famous outside Ethiopia. We took the name because that is what a good night out leaves behind.
